Having trouble with a payment link, confirmation email, document download, or client portal access? We're here to help. Check the common fixes below or submit a request.
Quick Fixes
Try opening the link in a different browser or device. If it still fails, the link may have expired. Submit a support request and Ms. Steph will send a fresh one.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, your email address may have been entered incorrectly at booking. Submit a request with your correct email and trip name.
Use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page. If you're still locked out, submit a support request with your full name and email address on file.
Ensure you have a PDF viewer installed. Try right-clicking the link and selecting 'Save As' to download directly. If the file is missing, submit a request and Ms. Steph will resend it.
