The Selfish Luxury Traveler provides luxury group travel advisory services, travel consultation sessions, group trip planning resources, and educational content for travel professionals. All services are offered through our website and affiliated platforms. We operate as an Independent Travel Advisor certified by Fora Travel, Inc., a Virtuoso Agency. Travel bookings made through us are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators.

When you purchase a group planning consultation session (Starter, Professional, or VIP), you agree to the following: • All sales are final. Consultation fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. • You will receive an email confirmation upon successful purchase. • You are responsible for scheduling your session within 90 days of purchase. Failure to schedule within this window forfeits the session without refund. • Sessions are conducted virtually via video conference unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session.

For group travel bookings facilitated through The Selfish Luxury Traveler: • Deposits are required to secure your spot on any group trip and are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the specific trip and supplier. • Trip pricing, availability, and inclusions are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing. • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. We are not responsible for losses arising from trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events. • We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any supplier.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store your full credit card details. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards by Stripe.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and downloadable resources — is the property of The Selfish Luxury Traveler and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
